Osiris is Ensō 13 from Grant Nieddu's Ensō Collection, an original acrylic painting on 30 × 30 inch stretched canvas exploring ADHD neuro art and the balance between zen order and the beauty of chaos: a gold ground cut by black bands, with white pours and splatter and flashes of red and teal.

Overview of the Ensō Collection
Osiris is part of my hand-painted exploration of the Ensō, which I make as a meditation for my own ADHD. In Zen, "an ensō is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create." Each piece begins with playful, intuitive color. The ensō is almost always the final stroke, and once it is down I am forced to accept the piece exactly as it turned out, which relieves me of my obsessive perfectionism.
